Directions
To use, place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours to achieve a cold temperature, or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes for heat. Wrap the compress around the affected hip, securing it with the adjustable straps. For maximum relief, use for 15-20 minutes at a time, up to 3 times a day.
