Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium silicate, magnesium stearate and calcium carbonate (color)

Directions
Adults and children over 6 years of age, start with 2 capsules, then take 1 capsule every 12 hours for at least 2 to 3 days. If taking along with antibiotics, continue taking one capsule per day for at least 7 days. Lactéol may be used for up to 30 days. For children or anyone who may have trouble swallowing capsules, Lactéol sachets are another alternative.
