Ingredients
Each serving size (2 capsules) contains: Vitamin C (as Liposomal Pureway-C ascorbic acid) 500 mg. Other ingredients: liposomal matrix (sunflower phospholipids, rice bran wax fatty acids, citrus bioflavonoids), hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 1-2 times daily, with or between meals.
