Ingredients
Each serving size (1 vegetarian capsule) contains: Sodium 14 mg, R-lipoic acid 100 mg. Other ingredients: Hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), sodium carbonate, ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily, with meals.
